Terms & Conditions

For furniture rental, please refer to the Terms & Conditions below:

  • A credit card payment must be made up on checkout to confirm your order.
  • Executive Platforms must receive full payment prior to the event. If payment is not received or we do not have a credit card guarantee by the event, you will not receive the items that you have ordered.
  • All missing or damaged items will be the responsibility of the lessee. Clients will be invoiced for all missing items (cost to replace them) or any damaged items that occur during the rental period. Clients will not be invoiced for normal wear and tear; however all torn fabric, broken or missing parts, deep scratches, and gouges will be considered damaged incurred during the summit and will be invoiced accordingly.

  • A credit card payment must be made up on checkout to confirm your pass.
  • Name, job title, email, and phone number must be provided to complete the registration.
  • Additional passes can ONLY be purchased for people from your own company and not on behalf of clients or other companies.

Cancellation Policy

  • Any furniture, power, internet or other item/service purchased through this online event manual cannot be cancelled or transferred once payment is made.
  • For any additional passes purchased, in the case that you can no longer attend, you have the option to transfer your pass to a colleague of similar standing from within your company.
  • There will be no refunds of any kind prior to, during, or post event.
